Our central organisation ALL INDIA LOCO RUNNING STAFF ASSOCIATION [AILRSA], representating the loco running staff of Indian Railway, submitted memorandom to you your kind honour. Loco running staff means the employees i.e. ASSISTANT LOCO PILOT, SHUNTING LOCO PILOT, LOCO PILOT GOODS, LOCO PILOT PASSANGER AND LOCO PILOT MAIL, who are appointed to work the locomotive and trains in Indian Railway.

Visit to Leh/Laddakh

The programme of the 7th Central Pay Commission to Leh/Laddakh earlier scheduled from 15.09.2014 to 17 .09.2014 was cancelled due the havoc of rains.
This programme is now re-scheduled from 12 October 2014 to 16 October 2014.

There is a slight change in 7th CPC's visit to Bengaluru. The Commission now proposes to visit Bengaluru between 24th and 26th August, 2014 instead of the earlier announced date of 25th-27th August, 2014.

Justice Shri Ashok Kumar Mathur, Chairman

Justice Shri Ashok Kumar Mathur, M.A.,L.L.B was enrolled as an Advocate of the Rajasthan High Court in 1967. In 1969 Justice Mathur was appointed as Assistant Government Advocate and promoted to Deputy Government Advocate before becoming Government Advocate of Jodhpur in 1977 and Additional Advocate General in 1981.
