The Commission has, in its first phase of interaction, been
seeking the views of various stakeholders on its terms of reference. To
this end, meetings have been held in Delhi with various organisations

reference to the request of All India LOCO Running Staff Association for
a meeting with the Commission in Bangalore, it is informed that the request of
the Association has been accommodated.

Commission's visit to Bengaluru
There is a slight
change in 7th CPC's visit to Bengaluru. The Commission now proposes to visit
Bengaluru between 24th and 26th August, 2014 instead of the earlier announced
date of 25th-27th August, 2014.

Justice Shri Ashok
Kumar Mathur, M.A.,L.L.B was enrolled as an Advocate of the Rajasthan High
Court in 1967. In 1969 Justice Mathur was appointed as Assistant Government
Advocate and promoted to Deputy Government Advocate before becoming Government
Advocate of Jodhpur in 1977 and Additional Advocate General in 1981.
