The
Seventh Central Pay Commission has, from the time of its constitution,
engaged with a variety of stakeholders on the issues which it has been
mandated to cover in accordance with its terms of reference. Based on
the wide ranging interaction the Commission has had in this period,
certain broad issues have emerged before the Commission.
